The Biggest Loser

My work has their own version of "The Biggest Loser" going on right now. It started today and ends May 9th. Everyone gives $20 to the pot and the top three get the some monies. So basically I am going to get weighed every Monday... yeah!!! It's really great, though. I needed some motivation to get back into shape. Just need to eat healthy and get to the gym.
I'm gonna get small, people.

Since I don't watch "The Biggest Loser," I guess I don't know how this works. Is it based off of how much of percentage of your body weight you lose? This would make the most sense, since I'm sure there are guys at the Apple Store who could stand to lose a lot more weight than, say, the average tiny Anna.

Also, you picked possibly THE THREE MOST BORING FRUIT IN THE WORLD for your poll. I mean, I still voted, but I'm just saying.

The experts say it's not about losing weight, it's about losing fat.

Food for thought...but don't eat them 'cause they'll make you fat and then you'll have a whole new kind of word-related fats to burn.

eeep!!! everyone has different advice. i was just going to cut calories and go to the gym... is this bad?

drink lots of water! and don't cut calories, but eat smarter calories. you know, like: eat a banana instead of a spoon full of betty crocker cream cheese frosting like i'm eating right now. and do pilates!
