A good friend of my family passed away tonight. She had been fighting cancer for over ten years. I grew up in her home with her kids, and we shared at least a few Shabbats a year together. She always supported my acting and was a positive energy to have around even until the very end. It is truly amazing how long she fought and with a courage I have never experienced before.

The funeral is tomorrow, and it will be an extremely tough day to get through. That's all I can really write at the moment.
